Day 15 and Animal is still well out in front, although Lano23 now holds the bragging rights as the weekly winner for week 2 with the better points total for that week.
Apologies for the scoring issues that some people noticed today, the upgrade I did last night was the cause of this, but it is now sorted out and everyone has the correct points.
The football today was (by the looks of the scores) a bit dull, with Brazil and Portugal ending up in a 0-0 draw etc. I did catch David Villa's long range goal tonight in the Spain game, which was a really nice finish, but the end of the game was a bit of a let down with both teams making no effort to push forward and it turned into a game of passy.
Tomorrow brings us the start of the Round of 16 and Uruguay take on South Korea whilst USA meet Ghana. Games start at 15:00 and 19:30 respectively. Please make sure you have predicted for all the Ro16 games.
I updated most of the default predictions tonight and will get the rest tomorrow. Defaults are entered for missing predictions up until the end of the round of 16, from which point anyone that doesn't predict will lose out on points, so please make sure you have predicted for all the games.
Bonus points will be available for the quarters, Semis and final. An exact result in a quarter final will win you an extra bonus point. In the semi final an exact score will win you 2 points and 4 points for an exact score in the final. The bonus points are only for exactly correct scores and are automatically added.
